  • Quickly identify organizational elements and activites that are misaligned with current goals, identify root causes and develop corrective actions (e.g., IT preparing reports that are not helpful in guiding the organization)

 

  • Uncover low-benefit activities that are consuming management time and initiate tasks to free up resources and accelerate the change effort (e.g., meeting management training, techniques to limit time required for email, etc.)

  • Identify potential acquisition candidates

  • Conduct operational due diligence reviews

  • Develop operational merger integration plans

  • Coordinate integration implementation efforts
